Extremely spacious and immaculately clean. It was so clean that I didn't even see a a single speck of dust. The location is excellent, it's right next to a bus stop so travelling to other areas in Hakone is very easy. The bus also goes all the way to Odawara. Across the street is a 7/11 that is open 24 hours. There are also some nice local restaurants in the area. The wifi was stable with very high data bandwidth speeds over 200mb. The TV was newer model and it has apps like YouTube and Netflix. The room had a washer/dryer for laundry, which I didn't know how to use as the buttons were in Japanese, but the front desk staff helped me with it. If you need laundry detergent, it only costs 100 yen from the front desk. The breakfast was a nice buffet of food. The entire staff at the hotel were very respectful and professional and really do their best to help. My stay here was well beyond expectations.

The location, room, balcony and private onsen bath were all amazing. The accommodation was very high quality in terms of facilities and what was provided. Would highly recommend to others. It was the very start of our stay in Japan and we couldn't have kicked the trip off better (once we got there from the airport!)

Located in a quiet area. The fridge is stocked with complimentary welcome drinks. The living room is clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything is stylish and modern. There’s a parking lot right next to the entrance. It’s best to arrive by car. Plenty of restaurants just a few minutes’ drive away.

The B&B had a nice view of the river. It was very relaxing. The breakfast was also very delicious. It was so tasty. I loved all of it. The salmon and mackerel was very flavorful. I enjoyed staying in the B&B because Kimie was very kind and very hospitable. I stayed over during the winter and she gave everyone a hot water bottle so the bed could be warm. The bed was also very comfortable and the bed sheets were very soft. The B&B is also relatively close to everything and there were a couple of bakeries around it.
