Incredible location ( and I spent a long time worrying about where to book!) Walking distance to so many areas and about 5mins walk to Namba station. Shops, little arcades and restaurants right outside the door of the hotel, as well as 7eleven, so close, and Lawsons, too, so no need to have to use the metro with tired children, at night! Spacious room ( one bed family loft with bunk beds) with excellent sound proofing. Amazing board game area and general hotel games -cute idea. Laundry facilities were so handy. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Would 100% stay again if we’re lucky enough to return to Osaka.

We came as a family of 4 and the room is quite spacious for 4 of us to pack and unpack our luggage. The room is clean and well taken care. They provide us with stuffs we need during our stay such as portable heater, air purifier and what I like the most they provide dryer system inside the bathroom to make sure our laundry is well dried after washing. They also provide the detergent for washing. Amazing service for a 3 star hotel. Location also close to osaka loop line and osaka metro (sennimachi line). Many eateries around and also conveninent store. We surely come back again next time for our next visit.

Staff went above and beyond to help me send my suitcase to the next destination. The hotel was super new and clean. My Japanese style room had a balcony and was huge. Best thing was the washing machine and kitchen included in the room

Very spacious , living room with kitchen, beautiful view to the temple. After 2 weeks in hotels it was nice to be able to hv breakfast in the room. We bought some bread, cheese, ham, yogurt and coffee at FamilyMarket next door to the hotel

The staffs were very polite, friendly and bilingual. The room is clean and cozy. The Japanese apartment room has fridge, kitchen, nice Japanese style bathroom with tub (toilet is separated), bath towels, hangers, kitchen cutlery, dishes and cups etc. Slippers and toothbrushes are available at the front desk downstairs. They have common laundry room, vending machine (soft drink and cup noodle). They don't have a restaurant for breakfast, but they arrange nice "bento (box lunch)" delivery for the next morning if you pre-order before the cut-off time of the day before. They don't have a convenience store around but have one supermarket nearby.
