The staff went out of the way to help with some dietary restrictions. Were really grateful for that. In a nutshell, the hotel was worth the money. We slept like babies.

We booked Japanese tradition room which has one king size bed and a tatami that can fit another 3, we are a family of 4 so it's very comfortable. You can eat or enjoy tea time on the tatami! The room was also very clean and staff are very friendly! Free self laundry is another bonus! 2 subway stations nearby and walking distance to Nishiki market. Easy transportation to tour Kyoto and even Arashiyama.

It was nice to experience the modern japanese lifestyle in this wonderful small flat. Although it was rather "small" it didn't felt like it missed anything out. Overall the equipment was really good, we even had a washing machine. We had enough space to store our luggage and any extra bags we brought with us. It was really clean and quiet. It's easy to get to the subway and it's not too far from any hotspots in Osaka. Konnbinis are also around the corners.
