Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. It was very clean. It was a 10 mins walk from the nearest station so, if you bring big luggages, it will be a hassle. The customer service was good. Check-in process went smoothly with easy instructions. Might come here again if I got the chance to visit Osaka once again.

A great hotel conveniently located a 5 minute easy walk from Kyoto Station and right next door to the Aeon Mall. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a Family Room for 5 adults on the third floor. It was very well laid out, clean and had plenty of room for us all (and the 6 suitcases we had!) Minimal noise from outside and has windows that were able to open for fresh air. It had a fully stocked, functional kitchen with additional appliances available for "free rent" at Reception, along with boardgames, toys, toiletries and cleaning items. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will gladly stay there again in the future!
