They even helped me with my flight info, calling the airport for help. The hotel is in the city center. Taxis are available and very helpful. I stayed twice in the hotel, I am very happy with the service there and would highly recommend it.

Great hotel for price paid. Sightseeing and restaurants nearby. If you want to have trips to other cities (Baalbek, Batroun, Byblos,..) ask for Mohammed (Mike), he drives a white Toyota with A/C and is a very capable driver and guide.
