The staff in the cafe downstairs are very friendly, and for a drink and something light to eat I would not bother going anywhere else. Vianden is a lovely town to walk around, visit the castle or do a bit of hiking.

Although it is not located in the city center, the location is great - 5 min. walk to a big shopping mall with variety of food choices and a very large supermarket. Bus number 5 runs regularly from the nearby stop to the city center and the public transport in Luxembourg is free of charge :) In the studio there was impressive choice of TV channels and movies in many different languages.
