The host was friendly and willing to help. Location was good: not inside media itself but very close to it, specially to Tinsmith square with close availability to restraurantsm cafes and small shops. The property itself is in quiet location. When moving to the location by foot be prepared that pavements are partially missing so you can share the same way with motobykes. Also ask the host for exact instructions how to get to the property, otherwise you will be lost in a labirinth. The apartment was with all the main amenities you need. Also it was a nice to have a terrace with outside view. What we missed were normal window view from the apartment but as I understand it is a common situation to properties inside/near medina. Overall a price for several days visit was good so we were happy with the visit here.

Ahmed was there to welcome us on arrival and gave us the keys to the property and our apartment, which made check-in easy. Ahmed’s apartment is absolutely lovely and spotlessly clean. The rooftop terrace is fantastic, and the location is perfect if you want to experience real Medina life — authentic, less touristy, yet still within easy walking distance of the souks and other highlights. We loved every minute of our stay. Ahmed is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful — truly a top host! Would happily stay again. Shoukran!

The location is ideal, and while the rooms are on the smaller side, they are beautifully decorated and full of character. The riad is vibrant and colourful, with a lovely terrace that’s perfect for relaxing. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always making you feel at home. I highly recommend treating yourself to the hammam and massage—they’re a real highlight of the stay.

Riad O'Zeen is the only place to stay in Marrakech! Located down an unassuming street, it is an oasis of calm and serenity and the perfect place to unwind after the busy streets of the city. The rooms were all spotless, smelled like roses and the breakfast was delicious and filling. We ate at the Riad one night and the beef tagine was the best we had during our whole stay. Hamid and the team can't do enough for you and are extremely kind and helpful. We are already looking forward to our return trip!
