It's a nice complex with security and private parking. It's a quiet and a safe area. Partner's Arena beach club is just 290m away. Rooftop pool and gym are the benefits. We really like the location. There is an entrance to the Jaguar National park (just 5 minutes walk) where you can take a free ride by electrical bus to most amazing beaches and Tulum Maya Ruines(120 MXN entrance for adults, free for kids upto 12 yo). Your can combine visit to ruines and enjoy the beach aftewards. Water in the plastic bottles is not allowed. The place itself is modern and has a nice design. We rented 1 bedroom appartment for 2 adult and 1 child for 1 week. Appartment had everything what we need: freedge, microwave, hotplate, coffe machine, mixer, iron, kettle, towels, beach towels etc. Host provided us full info by WhatsApp. You can ask the question or place the request or an order and sure you will get a quick response and support. We really like it and enjoy it. Price for the stay was competitive. To be honest, I booked this property by mistake. My wife mentiioned other appartment with rooftop pool and gym near Akumal beach.... But, it was a right 'mistake' (my luck) as we visited Akumal beach one of the days and escaped from there after swimming with turtles. We really enjoy the place we are stayed in,, our favourite beach Paradiso, helpful people, mexican food and hospitality.

I spent two truly wonderful weeks at Satori Tulum. The place is peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. We had the pleasure of staying here in Tulum and really enjoyed every aspect of the trip. The host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made sure every aspect was taken care of. Quiet location (away from the main streets of Tulum), healthy delicious breakfast and spacious, clean rooms! However, very fast in the city center by car/bike/scooter!

Manuel was very accommodating and catered to our every need. The first night they were without electricity following a hurricane and so they arranged a different hotel for us to stay in. The location is away from the business of the town and surrounded by beautiful birds, it's a very relaxing and secluded place to retreat to after a morning out in the sea. We felt very comfortable and able to acclimatise here for a week before moving on to other locations in quintana roo.

Very nice, clean apartment. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious & we enjoyed having the kitchen, short walk to supermarket for supplies. Pool areas were lovely, we enjoyed the rooftop in the afternoons. We also rented bikes from the property which were in good condition.

Alizee Tower provides accommodation within less than 1 km of the centre of Playa del Carmen, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a fridge, a minibar and kitchenware.

The bed was great, everything was super clean, friendly staff & the kitchen has already basic needs such as peper/salt/soap etc. Nice swimming pool at the top. Hot shower with lots of pressure which is amazing. Definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment was really nice and clean! Beds were comfortable - and the rooftop is the best :) The service was amazing, they helped us a lot with ordering food but also making a reservation for last minute snorkeling trip. Very nice people!
