The island with the iconic, ochre yellow cabins in the middle of the Reine fjord, The island have been in the care of the Gylseth family for many generations. Location and scenery in front of the room. The feeling of living in a traditional fishery home.

Scenically set amongst nature, this property is within 1 km of Svolvær town centre and Svolværgeita Mountain. It offers free Wi-Fi and modern accommodation with well-equipped kitchens. This place is so cosy! It is simple but done with taste and charm. Well equipped kitchen. Available filters for the coffee machine.

Situated in central Storvågan, Nyvågar offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and 2-floor apartments in traditional Norwegian fishermen’s cottages. All include a balcony or terrace. Cabin was charming and comfortable. Food/restaurant was great. Service was great, albeit not always present at the desk. You could track them down, though.

Located on a small island in the very heart of Svolvær Harbor in the Lofoten Archipelago, Anker Brygge offers rooms in traditional Norwegian fisherman’s cottages. Perfect for our one night stay. We needed to leave before breakfast so the staff packed us to-go meals. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals we had in Norway. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, with an unbeatable view. The cabin was well equipped with all you need to cook and remain cosy inside. I could have stayed forever!

This was one of our best and most memorable stays anywhere! Inside the Glampingdome is luxurious with high quality furnishings and bedding. I don’t know how I’ll ever go camping without matching powered recliners again 😂. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. There was a high degree of attention to detail throughout. The surroundings are stunning and we feel fortunate to have experienced a stay here. Thank you, Freddie & Marianne, for sharing your slice of heaven with us.
