The owners are so lovely. Our room was at the top with amazing mountain views and quiet. The included breakfast was great with a glass room with good views. They packed us breakfast to take on our early morning train to Macchu Pichu. Only a few minutes walk to the main square. Highly recommend!

What an absolute gem of a retreat! This place is the perfect escape from the buzz of the main tourist spots — peaceful, restorative, and surrounded by natural beauty. Claudia and Rudi are beyond welcoming; they truly care about their guests and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They’re full of great tips and local insights about walks, getting around, and discovering the best of the Sacred Valley. I arrived feeling under the weather and honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to rest and recover. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and my room — with an entire wall of windows letting in soft, natural light — felt so healing and serene. Urubamba is just 10 minutes away by colectivo or tuk-tuk, and getting around the valley with the colectivos is super easy and efficient. There’s a reason this place has such a high rating — it truly deserves every bit of it. I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for warmth, comfort, and genuine hospitality in a stunning setting.

Plus, they provide breakfast at a reasonable price, which is very appealing.

Pretty good location, around 10-15 min. to Plaza de Armas and the historic centre, even closer to the neighbourhood of San Blas and its market The hosts were super welcoming, giving lots of information and making sure everything was fine. Easy to communicate with them. They offered tours in and around Cusco at very reasonable prices (although we did not book them ourselves) The common area has big tables and a functional kitchen, everything is clean. I arrived to this aparthotel on a rainy cold night in Cusco. Alex made sure to wait for me, gave me several good tips and was overall one of the kindest hosts I ever met in a hotel. The place is very warm and comfortable, has everything you need and it’s very quiet, close to everything. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They even went in so far as to give me a gluten-free option.
