We liked the location, spaciousness of the home and comfortable beds. There weren’t any directions in the apartment for the WiFi or how to access the pool or billiard table but the host responded quickly to all of our questions. The host also arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. There are not many pots and pans in the kitchen but that was fine for us because we didn’t do much cooking. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there are many wonderful restaurants. We also appreciated the front desk security officers, which made us feel safe and secure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again. Thank you Juan!

Very nice standard, very modern and clean. In a sidestreet in Miraflores, so not that noisy (though you of course hear the cars driving past). Centrally located close to everything. Safe area, even during the night. The only negative thing: You have to really air our the hot air after a shower, otherwise your towels will never dry (no ventilation system other then the windows, but that is the standard in Peru)

It was close to almost everything like restaurants, transportation, parks, main tourist areas. Safe and quiet place. I will return next trip for sure. No mention the bonus of three bedroom for all family members.

Boasting a bar and a shared lounge, Ana Frank Boutique Hotel is situated in Lima, 700 meters from Huaca Pucllana and 300 meters from Kennedy Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ana and Frank’s. We felt so welcome and comfortable right away. Frank helped us with transportation to and from the airport, and he gave us great information about where to go and where to eat. He was available for questions and just overall nice and helpful! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. It was comfortable like an Airbnb, but none of the responsibilities! The location is fantastic. It is in a nice and safe part of Mira Flores and easy to get around and find whatever you need. Stay here - you won’t regret it!

The owners are very helpful, helped booked me airport pick up, making my fist night in Peru very smooth.(car ride from airport to Fernando’s place less than 20 minutes). And helped me get a car back to airport. And they allow me left my pack back in her home for a week, and flexible for my changes on schedules. Owners speaks good English, tentative, and the breakfast was nice, with fresh juice, great coffee, eggs, bread… Room is on the basic-side, but has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Great value for people who travels on budget like me.

Set in the heart of Lima’s upscale Miraflores district, San Martin offers comfortable apartments with free Wi-Fi. Miraflores Beach and Larcomar shopping are a 10-minute walk. Private parking is free. Perfect location in a strategic spot in the Miraflores district. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the property is well maintained. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and offered a city view. Highly recommended.
