We were greeted by the staff and they were able to communicate in excellent English for us. They were very friendly, courteous and professional throughout our visit. Our room was immaculately clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel is positioned well between the train station and the town centre, and is a short walk to both.

Lovely staff - both at reception (Ivan) and the restaurant (Nemanja). Also, the night security officer was very helpful - we arrived late at night with a 8-months-old baby, we were accommodated at once, shown all the facilities and we even get help with the suitcases. The property is very clean, our room was spacious with a very large bed (worked great for us as the baby was sleeping in between us two and everyone had enough space). Fast internet throughout the premises, amazing breakfast (tasty food, good selection, large portions) included in the price of the room - great value for money. The hotel is about 20 mins car drive away from the city centre - best to keep this in mind to avoid disappointment. There is a parking, too - but it's a paid one even for the guests.

We had a fantastic stay! It was just a 5-minute walk to the riverside, where we could explore the shopping mall and enjoy some amazing local flavors. A late-night walk along the promenade felt truly romantic. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable one-night stay. Parking was convenient, and overall, everything was well balanced for the price.
