The location was perfect—just steps away from Old Town Cluj-Napoca and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, yet on a super quiet street. The place looked just like the pictures. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the communication with the hosts was excellent. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The studio as a whole was very clean, very nicely kept, the bathroom is big and spacious, there's a little kitchen with everything you need and a big closet. The bed was probably one of the best ones I've ever slept on and it was heaven sent. We were there for a family health emergency, and the staff was beyond comprehensive and helpful. The location is ultra central too, which was also perfect. I really couldn't ask for more. If you add up the helpfulness and humanity of the people working there, it's full on 10/10.
