The accommodation is more spacious than I imagined from the photos. The beds are extra large. It's a bit dated, but in a cosy way, and the ratio of value per money is excellent - a really nice and comfortable little house for a very decent price. Bed linen and towels included, which is not always the case in Sweden. Friendly and helpful communication with the host. Will book again if I need a place in the area.

We had a lovely stay with my family. The winter scenery was stunning with sunset on the frozen river. Location is great, very close to Umeå, yet already quite wild with immediate access to the river and the forest with several Nordic ski trails. The house is tiny but comfy with all you need for a short stay. The landlord lives in the house next to it, very friendly.

Everything was perfect and clean. House was well equipped with everything needed. Communication was fast and clear. You have whole house just for you. Parking place is just in front of the door. I can recommend.
