I booked a one night when travelling through Sweden. When I arrived I called the owner and he explained me how to get into the house. It was very simple. Beautiful old house. I wish I could stay longer!!! You can do breakfast yourself, everything is prepared, like at home and you make breakfast yourself.

I enjoyed two wonderful nights in the little cottage with my two children, aged 9 and 12. The cottage is clean and comfortable, the location is wonderfully quiet, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet, if you want something else than the hustle and bustle of a big camping site. We went fishing in the nearby Hökensås area, which also has lots of hiking trails in the beatiful nature. The little waterfall Rävafallet is about a 20-minute drive from the cottage and is well worth a visit. There’s a lovely short walk to the waterfall, with plenty of blueberries and butterflies along the way. My kids especially enjoyed climbing to the top of the waterfall and throwing small sticks into the water, watching them make their way down through the falls. A big thank you to the lovely hosts and their sweet children for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We would happily come back!
