This villa is incredible. A clean and large private villa with great cooking facilities and a large fridge and tv. The hosts are so lovely and will do anything to help, and the food they cook is delicious. The pool is incredible, clean and well maintained and perfect for spending an afternoon with. 7-eleven is in walking distance, about 15mins away but it’s not on Google maps, however the hosts have a map in the villa of everything around. The beach is also very near and the hosts can drive you into Hua Hin as grabs could sometimes be a bit hard to get. I will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely location. A short taxi ride from the hustle of central Hua Hin to a much more quaint, village vibe and a beautiful, quieter stretch of sandy beach. The gardens were so beautiful.

They warmly welcomed me and we had a short chat as well. Laila and her husband are really friendly and helpful, able to speak English fluently so communicating with them was easy. The room is spacious and absolutely clean. You’ll definitely have everything here you need during your stay. There are even cutleries, plates, frying pans, etc. in the kitchen in case you want to make your own food. Bedsheets and towels were like new ones, and the bed was comfy, too. Have stayed in several places, this is one is clearly in the top. You can tell that the owners take care of the place as they keep it in top condition, clean and tidy. Owners/staff really helpful and friendly. For me no downsides at all. If you are lazy you could find it a long way to town or the beach but that shouldnt be a downside for the accomodation. Really recommend this one.

We had a wonderful stay at this seaside villa. The house is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and offers plenty of bedrooms – perfect for families or groups. One of the highlights was the pool on the first floor, which comes with a breathtaking view of the sea. The villa also has direct access to the beach, making it incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The host was amazing and helped us with everything we needed, making our stay truly relaxing and stress-free. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable holiday by the sea.
