I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. The staff were all warm and welcoming, and I want to especially thank Lucia at the front desk for being incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The staff was very welcoming. I just came out of a 20 hr trip from Australia and I came in before the checking in time. They accomodate me and arranged to have my room ready before time. They were so lovely and helpful. Great Great staff!

I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. All staff were friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was a great display. The breakfast server was extremely knowledgable, patient, and helpful. The veggie pizza I ate from the East 75 Lounge was AMAZING!!. My room was super sanitary. The bed was incredibly comfortable with awesome soft AND firm pillows. I felt safe and secure with my surroundings.

The whole building was lovely. Beds were excellent. The attached restaurant had amazing food and service as well.

This hotel smells AMAZINGGGGGGG!! Every single area. You walk into the lobby and it smells so clean and almost homey...and the elevators smell so good toooooooo!!
