There were lot of issues with this property. Far below Sheraton or even 1 star motel standards. Duty managers tried to resolve when I got hold of them (offer complimentary services) but in the first place why such issues were created. I hope top management read this and address to these issues seriously as many guests wouldn't bother writing to them.
