Excellent location, magnificent views from the huge balcony, all the needed amenities in the kitchen, smooth check-in and very friendly staff - we'll be back :) FYI : there are lots of nice free activities to be done in the valley thanks to the Guest Card from the hotel, ie. taking cable cars up the mountains, reduced entrance fee at the pool, etc

Very cosy, simple and friendly hotel outside the village. Barbara and Thuri welcome their guests almost like personal friends, and are helpful with special requests. It felt like a home away from home! The building is a typical Simmental house and the rooms are done up in warm wood. The restaurant offers wonderful typical Simmental dishes, and the generous breakfast buffet is included. Plenty of deck chairs and benches to hang out in the bog garden. Highly recommended!

Customer service was amazing and whilst this isn’t a new hotel it had all the things that really matter. A hot shower in just the right height / position, an excellent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds and a top value guest pass as well as being quiet yet in the center of Lenk. Top tip: if you contact the hotel in advance they can issue you an electronic guest pass which will save you $$ on local mountains buses and trains in the region - definitely worth it.

The room was nice and big. The hotel well located and near everything. Right by the train if needed. Great breakfast. Very nice staff.

Super helpful/ caring staff (I had a sprained ankle and they helped me get around (carrying my baggage) and with my booking + after check out they drove me to the city center) I am very thankful for that! Otherwise it was a sweet hotel (nice ambience), very clean and had lot's of good features (a beautiful swimming area, a billard table and even windows to a horse riding hall next door. + the breakfast was pretty good/ tasty :P.

The room was very spacious with a great view. The breakfast was simple and good. Very cosy atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and kind. Especially Sonia who took care of every detail and question we had, and was very considerate, She even helped us with train booking. The place is very welcoming , we had a fantastic stay, I truely recommend !

The location was perfect for the festival I attended. The staff were friendly, the room very clean, and the cold breakfast buffet was decent. Good value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at Burgbühler Guesthouse. The property strikes a perfect balance between traditional charm and everyday comfort. Cleanliness: Spotless throughout. The room, bathroom, and shared areas were maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Atmosphere: Extremely cosy and welcoming. The spaces are designed to make you feel comfortable and at home immediately. Authenticity: The guesthouse has a genuine, local character that sets it apart from standard hotels, without sacrificing modern amenities or comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-managed, authentic, and immaculate place to stay. Will definitely return.

The property is amazing. Very clean and spacious. The host was incredible and very professional.

Spacious house, very well equipped with everything you might need or wish. Very welcoming host! The house is perfect for two families. Lenk is a very nice village with a lot of possibilities for hiking, walking and other summer activities. Recommended!

Location was convenient. View from balcony was great. Decor was nice.

The apartment is very nicely renovated, clean and spacious. Very family friendly - directly on a farm with cows and plenty toys to use. A beautiful playground close by - 10 min walk. Bus stop connecting to all ski areas 5 min walk.

Amazing mountain views, great hospitality, helpful stuff, delicious food, wonderful pool

Me and my friend (2 families) booked this stay for 3 nights in July 2024. I must say it's a great experience to stay in Swiss chalet and get a local swiss feel.. Rooms were good size but what we loved, especially with 2 people occupancy room, it has amazing view from attached gallery, complete backdrop of swiss Alps.. We got one room with a shared bathroom, but that was also very clean and equipped with all required amenities (anither quadraple room didn't have the same mountain view, though). It is better to message explicitly during booking for specific requests. The hotel location was great and very approachable from Gstaad 12 min drive and also from hotel Launensee and other beautiful places are at short distance by car. Being core DDLJ fan, all promising shooting locations are nearby this hotel that includes famous Wooden bridge and Bodenstrasse drive ( in ho gaya hai tuzko to pyaar sajna song) so we had special connect with this place..Also, hotel staff was very courteous and they have beautiful sports bar inside and outdoor patio with scenic view around..They arranged musical show in evening and we had great time with amazing dinner options n deserts (swiss feel) so it turned our to be memorable stay. This is real europe 😀
