Breakfast spread was not a lot, but it was really consistent. The chef (owner) really puts a lot of effort into the place. Rooms - you can't find a single speck of dust even at the balcony, everything is well maintained and there is a heater in both the room and the bathroom. Even the floor tiles are warm which is really a plus point during winter. Hospitality is great - thank you for always extending your service to offer to provide room service almost round the clock despite being shorthanded and preparing dishes off the menu.

The hotel was a perfect overnight stop over on our camper van trip to Tuscany. Staff were welcoming and friendly, rooms were roomy and comfortable. A perfect location just off the A2 so no huge detour of our route south, upon arrival what struck us was how quiet and clean the whole area was. The restaurant food was really good with the icing on the cake being breakfast (included) which was amazing. Would not hesitate to stop here again on our next van holiday.

Family room was perfect for our 6y daughter, the view for the room’s balcony is stunning, same as for the restaurant. Very convenient location too if you rent a car same us. Staff was also very helpful

Really comfortable and peaceful stay. Stunning views and walks on doorstep. Excellent transport links. The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus). Francesco and Sylvia were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Thank you so much
