The cozyness of the appartment, the location and our lovely host.

Location perfect near Todtnau but up on the mountainside, walking distance from the waterfall and hiking areas. Also liked the modern look, three balconies and look over the countryside.

Location was good for mtb tours, Apartment is very comfortable, fully matches the photos, view from the terrace is amazing, garage, wi-fi, everything as described.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The Todtnau area is beautiful and a great base for exploring the Black Forest. We stayed with our two young children and had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Good bus service for one-way walks, and there was a free bus pass provided. Helpful staff and lots of local info. Very well equipped kitchen - even a tea pot!

Owner was gardening when we arrived and showed us to our apartment very quickly. He was very friendly, even if he didn't speak any English. We managed with good intentions and my little remembered German (I believe that his wife speaks some English, but we muddled by in German). Apartment is superb - spacious, good facilities, clean, well decorated, excellent views from the balcony. No problems with parking (in view of the apartment window too). Strong wifi signal everywhere. Medium/firm bed - very good for us. Lovely walk in the woods into town (once we discovered that way). Very generous gifts (wine, sparkling water) upon arrival. Book it, you won't regret it!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious with great views from the balcony. The location was perfect and within easy reach of hikes. Overall the apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Our dog also enjoyed himself. We will be back should we visit the Black Forest again!

Very stylish/thoughtful accommodation

It was huge! More than enough space for our family of 6. Parking was useful. Location was great. The red tourist card was a brilliant addition. The area felt safe and central.

We were on a walking holiday, our first time in this region. The accommodation couldn't have been better, the location was excellent, and the House was well equipped, the kitchen had more than enough equipment for 5 people. The beds were very comfortable.

The accommodation is very spacious, comfortable, spotless clean, the heating worked perfectly, and there are many big windows that help you quickly get some fresh-mountain air, the beds are very wide and comfortable, the kitchen has all one would need for their stay, the apartment is a few minutes away by foot to the center. Our very late request for an earlier check-in was accepted, thank you
