Location is just perfect , very nice view and easy accessible to center via condola 9euro per day , buy from hotel front desk Staff very nice and helpful , breakfast is tasty

The pools are exactly like described we were amazed by the jacuzzi outside with the snowy scenery as view it was wonderful and so worth it

Sauna inside room and breakfast

It is very good hotel. My room was very nice. I was very surprised when I saw the sauna in the bathroom and I used it immediately. It was very clean. I would like to thank the hotel staff for the welcome treats placed in my room. The location is within walking distance to everywhere and the furnishings selected in the rooms are of very high quality. The variety of coffees, hot chocolates and minibars was very good. The bed in particular was very comfortable and I fell asleep instantly. The view from the room given to me was great and I saw Aurora in the evening. Thanks for everything.

We stayed in the glass cabin and absolutely loved it. The accommodation was perfect, very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus, especially during the colder weather. The cabins are thoughtfully arranged, giving you plenty of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. And the breakfast was excellent, generous, and a great way to start the day. Watching the reindeer through the window in the breakfast room was a lovely extra touch and made the mornings even more special. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

In the centre of the village & right opposite ski field. Beautifully kept & had its own sauna. All I needed for a 5 night stay. Lots of cupboard space and balcony if you wanted to sit outside.

Very clean, nice apartment in a great location close to town, skiing and water world. Handy to have supermarket below.

The communication with the staff was excellent. I had booked via Bookings.com and I had to change dates and it was completed directly with no problems. The staff were informative and very friendly.

With a big smile I can say this is the perfect stay for Levi! Me and my boyfriend were in a room with a cute balcony looking at the golf course! The staff at the reception was really helpful, she explained everything in details, we were even able to drop our bags off and go around the place, take dinner or whatever and then go to our hotel! Yes, it's not in the center of Levi, but if you want aroras and peaceful place this is it! It was very clean, very comfortable and definitely a lot bigger than it looks at the pictures! They also had clothes dryer! Definitely would go again!

Excelent flat, new facilities and full equiped! Sauna works great, relaxing even in the summer. After a running competition i had to check-out late and got no extra charges. Special thanks for the hotel crew.

The location of the apartment was superb! Cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarket were right on our doorstep with the ski lift a stone throw away. The apartment was well appointed and the service team helpful, polite and professional. I could not have booked a better place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were extremely accommodative and responsive. They replied instantly on Booking.com and always provided clear and helpful responses. Our flight got cancelled, and we had to change our booking dates. They were very supportive and understanding and helped us modify our dates without any difficulty. On the day of departure, since our bus timing required us to leave later, they kindly allowed us an extra hour for late checkout, which we truly appreciated. The location is beautiful, and one of the highlights was that we were able to see the Northern Lights from the property (not directly from the room, but from the premises). It was an unforgettable and magical experience. Overall, a very good place with excellent hospitality and a stunning location. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic! Worth every single euro spent. The igloo is luxurious and cozy, amenities are great, the location is beautiful. We saw the most amazing display of the northern lights/aurora from our bed, it could not have been more magical! Honestly though, even if we hadn’t seen the aurora it would still have been incredible. Highly recommend, it’s a once in a lifetime experience! Also, the breakfast is sooooo good!

The hotel is in an amazing location, the rooms are well equipped, comfortable, clean, warm and cozy. The staff was very welcoming and helped us a lot. The attractions that can be booked through the hotel are wonderful. Highly recommend, a truly wonderful experience!

The Apartment includes a sauna and is 10 min walk from the city center. It had everything we needed including a dish washer and a cloth-dryer. They provided linen for the bed.

Beautiful rooms, staff were really welcoming, leisure facilities fantastic. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel.
