Location and staff were top notch. The pool and hot tub were icing on the cake and made for a wonderfully relaxing weekend. We shopped on the strip just outside of the entrance and enjoyed Oktoberfest from our balcony. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This luxury resort is 5 minutes’ walk from the Eagle Bahn Gondola. It features an outdoor rooftop lap pool, hot tubs and an on-site bar and restaurant. Free WiFi is offered in all accommodations.

Absolutely loved everything. They even give you homemade cookies every night. The location is perfection and definitely one of the nicest hotels in vail, if not the nicest. Upgraded us upon arrival. The ski concierge is unbelievable and so convenient. More hotels definitely need to do what this hotel does and offers. We travel to 5 star hotels all over the world and this one definitely stuck out.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located in the heart of Vail! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, setting the tone for our entire trip. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly accommodated to our needs. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the view out of the large window overlooking the pool. The heated pool was a great place to relax the quiet afternoon away. The staff were also very accommodating when it came to parking - once we had parked, we were just steps away from exploring all that Vail has to offer. One of the best things about this hotel is its central location, putting us steps away from Vail's pedestrian area. We left the car behind as we could easily walk anywhere we wanted to enjoy. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful comfy rooms. Loved the chocolate croissants at the Chalet. Loved the Chalet. Staff were amazing but you must tip for service. Top notch experience we will definitely be back.

Great location in the middle of Vail village, the hotel accommodated our request for an additional bed for a kid, so it was very comfortable. Lots of restaurants around the village with great food options for dinner. Even though they all require a reservation weeks in advance, we were able to get in to very nice places without a reservation. It snowed every day, skiing conditions were amazing. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a hot tub - a great way to relax after skiing.
