We had an absolutely amazing stay at KY Mountain Hostel in Arinsal! From the very first moment, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. We had an unexpected situation where the bus to Barcelona Airport didn’t stop at our scheduled stop, which caused us to miss it... completely out of our control. The hostel team went above and beyond to support us. They were truly tireless in helping us find solutions and making sure everything worked out smoothly. Their care, patience, and dedication made a huge difference and turned a stressful situation into a much more manageable one. The hostel is also very well located, especially for skiing, as it’s very close to the ski lifts and all the main facilities. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, with a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The staff made us feel genuinely looked after, and we would 100% recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Arinsal. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was better then expected. Big room, nice spa, tasty breakfast and very nice restaurant with delicios food. 5 minutes by car to Funicamp. Very quit and peacefull place. Strongly recommend.

A modern, incredibly stylish, and spotless hotel. Excellent staff and a delicious restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located near the lift, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast is excellent, and they even serve champagne! We are very happy with our stay and will definitely come back!

Size of the room: super sufficient for a comfy stay for 2 adults and kid (with a baby cot, btw baby cot that was provided by the hotel was with a super quality). Bed was super good (big) and comfortable (mattress was really nice). Staff just amazing, helped with all the tiny things during our stay. Perfect breakfasts, and tasty food at restaurant. Private slope, possibility to hire a couch for lessons at hotel, ski rent at hotel, possibility to buy a skips at the reception. Glass of champagne during check in, cava and sweets at the room - just a great start of stay. Parking with Porsche chargers, lovely. Shuttle bus every 5-10 mins to slopes.
