As soon as we stepped outside the hotel, we were surrounded by the vibrant buzz of the city center. The room was spotless, very well equipped, and extremely comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy, I was able to do everything online, so I hardly needed to interact with the staff. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The room had alot of space, very clean and the bed was soo comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the staff is very attentive and nice. The hotel is close to the Train Station (15 min walking). It has many stores and restaurants near by.

After hiking for 8 days on the Stubai trail, hotel Maximilan is the treat we expected and desired. The hotel is perfectly located in Innsbruck old town, next to the river. The staff is nice, welcoming and attentive, especially Franchesca at the reception who greeted us with a smile and cared for all our questions and requests. Breakfast is absolutely brilliant (the best I have ever experienced) with a great variety of dishes including fruits (melon, watermelon, mango, strawberry and even exotic fruits such as lychee, Pitaya and more), vegetables, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cheeses, salami, etc. Wifi is good, there is a ski room to dry shoes. The room is cosy, clean and spacious and the bed is comfortable. Bottom line: this hotel exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to treat him/herself with a top-notch hotel at an affordable price
