Stadtvilla Schladming Boutiquehotel is set in a quiet side street in the centre of Schladming. There is an on-site spa area with a sauna, infrared cabin and a relaxation lounge. We really enjoyed our one-night stay at this great hotel, so much so that when we were in Schladming again two nights later we booked again. The rooms, while a bit small, are clean and comfortable and have everything you need for a short stay. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Barbara. When we left our sunglasses behind in the room she called and emailed us to let us know so we could retrieve them. We can't recommend this hotel enough!

This 4-star-superior hotel in the centre of Schladming, just 450 metres from the Planai Cable Car, offers a 1,500 m² spa area, a restaurant, and free WiFi. We had a fantastic stay at Falkensteiner in Schladming. The hotel looks even better in person than in the photos. The wellness area is amazing, and the food with our half board exceeded all expectations. Really amazing breakfast selection! Every staff member was extremely polite and helpful. A special highlight was the Herbstcard, which gave us free access to the cable car and several local attractions. Highly recommended!

Everything was great — clean, comfortable mattress and pillows, heated floor, and lots of nice little touches. You can cook meals in the mini kitchen. The only thing we missed was a towel dryer — we got caught in the rain and had nowhere to hang our clothes to dry. But overall, everything was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay and can highly recommend this apartment. The location is absolutely perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the first ski slope, which made everything incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the receptionist, who truly made a difference in our experience. We even lost the apartment key PIN at one point, and it was handled calmly and professionally with no stress at all (we found it later, but their response was amazing). Check-in was super easy thanks to the key box with a code, and the late check-out option was a huge bonus and made our departure so much more relaxed and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish—we would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious, well furnished and well equipped apartment set in beautiful surroundings of Austrian alps. Communication from whoever manages this property was on point and made our stay super fluent. This accommodation just ticked all of our boxes and provided a little extra - private roofed parking on premises and christmas decorations. If we're ever driving around next time, I wouldn't hesitate to book it again :)
