We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff are very nice and super helpful, from the front desk, concierge, wait staff, and housekeeping. Our room was a nice size, with a spectacular view and large bathroom. The breakfast was great, as was our afternoon tea on the terrace, and our dinner in the bar. And the location is perfect. We can't wait to come back!

The staff is so nice. I really liked the drivers, waiters. You felt as not only 5star hotel guest, it was 5+ for real. Breakfasts are incredible. Personal orders for any kind of eggs, pancakes etc. buffet is great too. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Transfers are individual, they arrived on time and brought us to any place we needed, what was really important. Any pharmacies, restaurants, slopes - anywhere. Spa was needed after the whole day of skiing. There saunas were more than enough - Finn, herbal and steam ones. The hotel also offers its own ski rental, so you just take 0 floor and have your equipment nearby. I am more than grateful. And my big company of 16 people as well. Thank you, Zhero team 🤍
