It was very well located, staff at front desk were very kind and helpful, the hotel was very clean, quiet and cosy. We got our room cleaned everyday, I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located in the centre of Engelberg, next to the train station and a bus stop. It offers free WiFi and a rich buffet breakfast.

What a great stay! It is so spacious and does not feel cramped like many european apartments - where space comes at a high premium. It is well proportioned and comfortable. It has a lovely balcony which I enjoyed often. It is equipped with plenty of seating. Oh, and the comfortable mattress and fluffy towels are awesome! These are high on my list of creature comforts. I want to wrap myself in a big, soft towel when I come out of the shower, and have a decent night's sleep. All big yes ticks for this apartment 👍 The kitchen has pots, a pan, utensils and chopping boards. All in pristine condition. There is also a coffee machine with pods. Great for that early morning coffee on the balcony. The location of the apartment can't be any better. It is right in the centre of town. The station is a short walk away (2 minutes for me). There is a Coop around the corner. You can also enjoy coffee at the swanky Kempinsky Palace hotel across the road, or at The Roastery a short walk away. For a veeeeery special treat, reserve dinner at Villa Hundert. A highlight for any proper foodie. Fanie and his wife are friendly hosts and want their guests to enjoy their stay. Thanks, guys! There is paid parking in town. The trains run hourly and are reliable. Just remember to take the apartment key with you when going to basement to take out rubbish. This apartment is highly recommended, and I will easily book it again when visiting Engelberg.
