Our stay at Schloss Zermatt was a dream-like experience. The location is the best next to the Bahnhof and the main street where all the shops and restaurants are located. If I start to write about the hotel it would be an essay but shortly I can mention that the hotel offers everything you wish for and way way more. The room, the lobby, the breakfast, the playroom and THE SPA were the highest quality and offered the best experience you could get in Zermatt. The massage from Marcela was a healing experience. The Welcoming from the staff was incredible and a special shoutout to Alexandra which made everything feel easy and comfortable. You can really FIND YOUR FLOW at Schloss Zermat. We will come back!

인터라켄에 자리한 Chalet Hostel @ Backpackers Villa Interlaken에서는 정원, 전용 주차장, 공용 라운지, 테라스 등을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 숙소는 Grindelwald Terminal에서 19km 거리에 있습니다. 숙소는 시내 중심부에서 80m, 기스바흐 폭포에서 21km 거리에 있습니다. Excellent, clean, convenient, friendly staffs and good value.

The room size, view from our rooms, breakfast, the staff. We had an excellent stay at the hotel and we shall surely come back. I rate it as excellent.

Super breakfast, great location, very friendly staff, comfy beds, well heated rooms, parking available. It was great. 10/10. Great location as well.

Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. Nice view from the hotel, really quite.

The location is really good. Though it’s not near the train station, it’s only 20min walk or 15min ride with the free bus service given by the hotel. The view of the hotel, I would say, it’s much better than those next to the train station and the main road - simply choose rooms with mountain views. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. And the facilities are great with no complaints.

The hotel is placed at the perfect location and is super convenient. The staff, especially Adam is super kind and helpful and gave good recommendations. Breakfast is decent.
