The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. The location is really good. Though it’s not near the train station, it’s only 20min walk or 15min ride with the free bus service given by the hotel. The view of the hotel, I would say, it’s much better than those next to the train station and the main road - simply choose rooms with mountain views. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. And the facilities are great with no complaints.

Hotel u porodičnom vlasništvu Staubbach jedan je od prvih hotela u Lauterbrunenu i nudi panoramski pogled na vodopade Štaubah (Staubbach) i dolinu Lauterbrunen. The room had the most amazing view that I ever had in a hotel. Just opposite to my window a mountain waterfall cascaded few hundred meters towards the village. I watched it laying in my bed and could not take my eyes off it.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi. Clean and comfortable. Great view for Matterhorn at the room. Friendly staff. Excellent dinner and breakfast.
