The staff was super kind, our room was exactly as it's shown in the pictures, nice breakfast (specially the scrambled eggs) all the facilities are cozy and functional. Having a swimming pool was an extra point.

Better than we expected, easy access even though it was covered in snow. Fantastic staff and a very nice buffet breakfast at a very reasonable rate.

In the accommodation we could find anything we would need for a stay of several days. Comfortable bed, sofa and TV, balcony with chairs and tables, fully equipped kitchen for all our needs. Definitely would book again if would come this direction. Though originally owner asked us to bring our bed linens, after a brief call we could agree they would be able to provide us those as well.

Clean, comfortable, nice staff, easy and flexible check-in and out, ability to purchase things in the apartment (coffee, snacks). Our room (max) was tidy and spatious. 10/10 would recommend and visit again

It was so full of character… a proper Bohemian mountain retreat, with wood, winter sport paraphernalia and cosiness. The staff were outstanding, incredibly kind and helpful, and the room was lovely - comfortable, spacious and beautifully furnished. The restaurant was amazing - excellent dumplings !
