Volos Palace, conveniently located in the city centre, looking towards the Pagasetic Gulf, offers 4 star accommodation services all year round. Great room, location, breakfast, staff. They upgraded me at no cost.

This perfectly positioned traditional Αρχοντικό (mansion house) has been carefully and sympathetically restored and beautifully modernised to provide an exceptional experience in the wonderful mountain village of Portaria. Our room was spacious and airy with windows overlooking the garden and views out over the Pagasitic gulf. The bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean, well equipped with rainfall and hand showers, lovely Greek toiletries and fluffy towels. The large garden benefits from sun all day but also has plenty of shaded areas. Breakfast can be taken indoors or outside and was delicious with a good selection of Greek and international dishes. Guests can dine at Kenta or take a short stroll into the village for a good choice of dining opportunities. Drinks can also be taken in the garden to make the most of the sunsets over the gulf. This all year venue benefits from a fireplace in winter and air conditioning for the summer months. The staff are exceptional and nothing was too much trouble - thank you, we will definitely be back!

We as a group of 4 people booked the place last minute at midnight, we arrived at 3 in the morning and the host was very helpful providing all the check in details even late at night. We were so very tired after many hours of driving having few more hours until the ferry boat to Skopelos so this comfortable apartment saved us ☺️

Overlooking the Pagasetic Gulf, Karavia Lux Inn features an outdoor pool, and a poolside Coffee & Bar. It offers elegant accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Kosta Kali Beach is a 5-minute drive away. The location, the amazing family that run the place, the pool, the room is comfortable and has great view. Excellent restaurant
