Breakfast included 1 hot plate every morning, plus you were able to help yourself to cereals/coffee/toast/juice. There is a restaurant on site for dinner (we didn’t go, but seemed very popular). Our room was clean, with a very comfy bed perfect for after big days out skiing. There are multiple shuttle buses within a very short distant walk of the accomodation, plus, maps on the wall to clearly show you where they are. There is a private sauna and onsen to book into every arvo/night for free (just write your room number in next to what time you wanted every day). It’s a street or two away from the main Echoland street - easy to walk to, and loved Echoland location for a range of rental hire/range of restaurants. Laundry and ski drying room as well. Very easy holiday, we wished we stayed longer.

The chalet provides mountain views, a barbecue, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The pictures don't do it justice. We were at the two bedroom house and the view, the furnishing and the decorations were breathtaking! Also there's 2.5 baths instead of 2 as advertised. The location is perfect - about 10 minute walk to the restaurants. However what really made our stay so memorable was the service team. They felt like family and were super responsive to every request on WhatsApp. From restaurant and onsen suggestions to helping us book tables. They sent their own car in a snow storm to rescue us from cortina when all taxis cancelled on us. Words can't describe our appreciation and thank you for making our annual family trip so perfect.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Hakuba Snow Fox from start to end! The host, Eric, is such a lovely person. He picked us up from/dropped us off at the station. He even let us check in early, which was much appreciated after a long travel day! The location is excellent; close to a number of shuttle stops, quick walk to Echoland Main Street, and about 20min walk to 7-11 and a grocery store.

We had the most amazing stay over Christmas in Apricot Pension. The host and all the staff were so warm, welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The shuttle for the ski field is a 1 minute walk from the hotel and the room was perfect for relaxing in after a day on the slopes with a comfortable bed and a projector for watching movies. The lodge also had a gorgeous fire that was lit each night. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and it was only a 10/15 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops.

One of the best experiences I have ever had living in such a family running bed and breakfast place. I felt right at home. Nicky and Mary are both welcoming and thoughtful through the whole time. Highly recommended for people who plans to winter skiing or summer hiking around Hakuba area.
