Good location and value for big groups. Not too far from the Zao Onsen Ski Resort, only an hour away by highway, and good onsens in the area. We were given meal voucher tickets when checking in, and ate good at the local restaurant for dinner. Houses were clean and check in was easy.

As travellers from Australia, the staff were so accommodating with the language barrier, and were so warm and welcoming. The buffet was absolutely incredible, facilities perfect, games room for our 6 year old, even a shop! The candy station was also a big hit! Definitely would reccomend!
