Good location and value for big groups. Not too far from the Zao Onsen Ski Resort, only an hour away by highway, and good onsens in the area. We were given meal voucher tickets when checking in, and ate good at the local restaurant for dinner. Houses were clean and check in was easy.

Super friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late at 1am. The staff still came out to help us register and arrange everything for us. The onsen is good.
