She replied the messages quickly and gave us advice and suggestions, and even came by when we asked to meet her cats. Meeting Lulu and Ruddy the cats was the highlight! Sauna, nice comfy beds, so close to slopes. Quick tip: if you think sauna does not heat up, you probably turned it on wrong. If you set a timer for 4h or so , that means the sauna will be hot in 4h. Just for info as people here wrote that sauna did not work many times for them. Zero problems and we used it a lot
