The leisure facilities were great especially the salt rooms steam room and cold water bucket. The children loved the wave pool. We went half board and the food was brilliant . Lots of fresh fish and huge selection. Outside hot tubs were great.

Located in the heart of the Beskidy Mountains, overlooking the city of Ustroń, this luxurious hotel offers an indoor swimming pool and homely rooms with free Wi-Fi. A wonderful experience- a really fantastic staff team who went out of their way to ensure a great stay, from early check-in to late check-out. Fantastic breakfast selection and again, excellent waiting staff. Really good spa facilities and staff. The comfort room is spacious with a good size balcony and a great bathroom. Overall, a great place to rest and relax in a beautiful setting with super facilities and an outstanding team - definitely will stay again

The apartment is exactly as pictured and was spacious and comfortable! But what warmed my heart was the effort preparing for a baby guest! The host set out toys, provided a highchair, and arranged the baby cot with small blanket and pillow. It is clear that the host puts her heart into what she does and genuinely understands hospitality
