Situated in Kiruna and only 18 km from Kiruna Train Station, Reindeer Riverfront Aurora lodge features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property has river and garden views, and is 15 km from Kiruna Bus Station. The villa offers an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. Everything was absolutely perfect. This cabin is the perfect location to look at the northern lights, that were just in front of us and clearly noticeable from inside. So we were able to look at the amazing natural event while cozy inside. And the host was great and very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

The sauna, with its panoramic views, was a highlight, offering a serene way to unwind. Dining at Niehku was a culinary delight; the menu focused on local ingredients, with dishes that were both hearty and sophisticated. The wine selection was equally impressive, perfectly complementing the meals. Simply relaxing by the fireplace after a day in the mountain was such a nice experience. What stood out was the personal touch in every aspect, from the bespoke adventures to the warm, home-like atmosphere of the villa.

The bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry and drying room was great. And the SAUNA was the best!

The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.
