We loved everything about the hotel! It was about a one hour trip from Mudanya ferry station to the hotel via taxi. Had no issues to get to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how friendly and accommodating staff are. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel room itself was so clean and comfortable in a stunning and peaceful location. Careful thought was given to the design keeping in mind sustainability. We had the choice to choose our own type of pillow as well! There is only one restaurant nearby so it is more convenient to dine in. The restaurant was a little pricy but most food was local produce and it was well cooked. We found it was cheaper to order in room service. Minibar was free! We had a tour of the spa facilities which looked clean. Big shout out to Gorken who helped us arrange all transportation around Uludag and to Bursa. The hotel have partnership with the taxis so a charge of 900 liras to and from Bursa we found was reasonable. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!

The location is pretty good, tell them to send you the parking location so it becomes easier for you. You can walk for less than 5 min to the parking area and it cost around 7€ per day. The staff were wonderful and kind. They helped me with everything and responded to my questions fast.

Offering a spa centre and ski-to-door access, this non-alcoholic hotel is located in Uludag. There is a ski storage and games room on site. The hotel was so amazing,very kid friendly and the staff are so helpful and friendly,especially Ipek Can (The guest relations manager) told us exactly where to go. She was so amazing helpful ❤️

Situated near forests on the slopes of the Uludağ, Kaya Uludag is located 22 km from Bursa. Ski slopes are located 10 metres from the property. Everything we loved. Mr Serkan is the best. Its my second time and loved it
