Situated near forests on the slopes of the Uludağ, Kaya Uludag is located 22 km from Bursa. Ski slopes are located 10 metres from the property. Hotel personal is incredibly polite and helpful! Especially Mr. Sarkan and Mr. Hakan who are responsible for guest relations are fantastic! I have never seen such wonderful people!

A former book shop, the hotel twists around a central stair case with a great garden or breakfast and. drinks. Lunch and dinner is also rather wonderful and out of the ordinary. We took a room with its own hammam and of course it wasn't cheap, but you can't put a price on bliss. And the host and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Just brow is the great mosque and the covered bazaar. What fun!!

The customer service was top-notch, and I'll be returning! Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. Special thanks to Mr Alper and Mr Ahmet and his fellow staffs(sorry couldn’t remember their names)
