The hotel is gorgeous! The location is perfect as there are so many things that you can visit nearby like the lake, waterfalls, etc. The staff were unbelievably friendly and welcoming and made our stay super comfortable. The breakfast had so many varieties, the amenities are accessible even at night and they provide excellent massages and medical services. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re ever in Jermuk!

Awesome place, professional staff, delicious cuisine. Plenty of possibilities to relax and a wide range of medical procedures included. Extremely professional massage therapists. The city itself is a gem of Armenia, there are natural mineral water springs, wonderful waterfall and perfect weather in summer (the city is located on a high ground, so it's not boiling there in summer like in the most part of Armenia)
