Very clean and tidy, comfortable rooms with fantastic view to the mountains,trees and running river. Staff is very friendly,nurses know everyone by names which is very cute. Nice location and facilities. Spa area with amazing view. Room with table games also very cozy.

Absolutely amazing stay! The customer service and reception was impeccable - and special shoutout to Ani, she was super helpful in helping us with all our needs! The hotel is nested at the bottom of this lushy green mountain, with proximity to a little lake where to chill and admire the beauty of the valley. The swimming pool was a great feature to enjoy, especially late at night (closing at 10pm), with warm water relaxing sunbeds. Also not to miss the hot steamed sauna, located at the top floor in the wellness center: a stunning view of a portion of Jermuk and also available till 10pm. The treatments included in the package need to be booked upon seeing their specialist, which will inform you about the quantity and length of the treatments. The ones included in the room package are good, and I've found them relaxing. The included breakfast was top-notch both in terms of quality and variety, with a literal feast right in front of you to start the morning in the best possible way. Pair that with a beautiful terrace to just chill and enjoy your morning coffee or a cigarette, was a beautiful combination to it all. Could not recommend it more, and an absolute pleasure to have stayed there during our time in Jermuk. Well done!

I had a wonderful stay at Jermuk Ashxarh Hotel in Jermuk. I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their attentive service and warm hospitality , everything was handled with care and professionalism. The food was excellent, with a wide and well-balanced selection to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented. The pool was another highlight , spacious, clean, and comfortably warm, perfect for relaxing. Jermuk itself is a beautiful destination for calm and peaceful experiences. Surrounded by nature, it’s an ideal place to rest, recharge, and step away from the busy routine. I truly enjoyed my stay and left feeling refreshed. I believe that taking the medical treatments for 5–7 days would bring a noticeable positive effect, and I would love to try that next time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.
