Our flight was delayed so we advised hotel of late arrival. They replied with directions for finding key. Your advertisement was in name of Brandauers Villen Superior. We could not find key at this property and nobody ever mentioned that this hotel was connected under ground with SEEHOTEl, a separate property. We were very distressed and tired. We were surprised that a four star hotel had no night staff on duty . We contacted a friend who came to help and was able to figure out the connection with building next door and found the key. In the envelope with key was a letter giving an emergency number, which was no benefit to us. I tried to point out this issue to receptionist but

Difficult to say what we liked the most because we loved it all. The size, quality of the room. Fancy decoration, good coffee and quality furniture in the room. The private balcony with the fantastic view, The nice and helpfull manager and staff, the quality of the breakfast and the other food and wine, the clean and peaceful garden with quality furniture, bath and sauna possibilities alone with full access to the lake. We felt very lucky to have found and chosen this place.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The spa zone was relaxing and well-maintained, and the swimming pool with its breathtaking mountain view was simply magnificent. Although the pool is veryyy small, we were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves, which made it feel even more special. The prices at the pizzeria were also pleasantly lower than expected for a hotel of this standard, which was a nice surprise. We had a room with lake view on the highest floor and the view indeed was beautiful, apart from mobile homes. Also many thanks to the staff for a small present for my daughter's birthday, this was really nice.
