Staff was amazing! You cannot tell the owner apart from the staff. He acts like staff and the staff acts like owners! Amazing customer focus! The view is by far the best in Engelberg. Try the Thai food restaurant! There are no children!

The location is lovely: easy to reach and faces the mountains while being on the hill, a little bit away from the village centre. The hotel personnel was very nice, thanks to Brigitta she was very helpful! We booked a 3 bedroom appartment with balcony, it was clean. A small but nice terace in front of the hotel and a spring behind it. Walking distance to the Titlis mountain. Nice view to the mountains.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. We have all we need for our stay. Beds are very comfortable and also the apartment is very warm. There is enough storage space and the terrace is big with a nice view. Spa area is lovely as well as a kids play zone. Breakfast is so nice as well. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely time in MR resort .
