Genuinely expectational location, the photos really don't do it justice. Excellent outside space with lights. The huge JBL speaker was a massive bonus. Inside is modest but absolutely does the job and has everything you need. Very central location. Has direct access to the river.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely clean and very well maintained – you can immediately see that hygiene and order are taken seriously here. The entire property is beautifully designed and offers many nice places to relax and feel comfortable. I especially appreciated the very nice location and peaceful surroundings , perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The view was also exceptional and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were consistently very friendly, helpful, and professional. I always felt welcome, and the service was quick and reliable. The food was really good and varied, everything tasted fresh and was nicely presented. Honestly, I cannot understand why there are so many negative comments, as my personal experience was completely different and very positive throughout. Overall, a highly recommended hotel with great cleanliness, friendly staff, good food, and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel is run by a local couple who are really nice, helpful and friendly. The location has a nice view. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were safety cameras outside the property so it's very safe if you park your car on the street. There's a sauna and swimming pool for guests to use as well.

I initially booked 1 night at this hotel after arriving from a long trip. My plan was to go stay at another place for the following days. However, I had a delightful first night and proceeded to book another 3 nights to cover the rest of my stay. The staff at this hotel welcomed me very warmly, immediately shared the WiFi password with me, and explained the hotel facilities. The room was very clean and appropriately stocked with all the basics, including a full mini-bar. I liked the fact that I could control the thermostat and turn it off. Many hotels in Georgia have automatic heating in the room which makes it too hot. In this hotel, I could turn it off and have a cooler room. The room has a modern TV, so you can easily watch Netflix, YouTube etc. The bed was very comfortable, I prefer a firmer mattress - so this helped me have a great sleep. The bathroom is supplied with quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. I have also stayed at hotels around Rustaveli street, and I prefer this location in Chugureti. A special thanks to Soror and Bahar for their helpfulness and kindness.

Probably the best hotel in Georgia. Friendly and properly trained staff. Everyone is welcoming and smiling. The territory of the hotel is insane good, with cinematic golf fields and trees as well as a lake, very very big space for walking and playing golf. The rooms are brand new, and everything is made for comfort and practicality: an automated curtain system, smart tv, smart bathroom, different light settings as well as an automatic "night light" . Gym has the latest Technogym machines. Brand new reformer pilates machines as well as aerial yoga equipment. Amazing pool and spa services. Pool outside is also heated. Amazing location, just 15 minutes from Tbilisi. We stayed in many hotels in Georgia and this was our best of the best experience! we will be coming back
