Spectacular hotel, staff and facilities!

The location was very good, everything that was needed in Macau was close. The hotel was clean and the staff was very professional and helpful.

It's super easy to get to, has great amenities, a great place to chill, great views and a comfy room.

Excellent and great for a family.

We were upgraded to a suite, and it was absolutely amazing, I was travelling with my brother who is the GM of a five-star property in Thailand and has been in the Hotel industry for nearly 40 years and he was impressed saying it was definitely one of the best Hotels he has stayed in (and he has stayed in many all around the world).

Room is very spacious and the pillows and bed are very comfortable. Staff responded very quickly when we reported an issue with our room. Glass was very well cleaned, no water stains at all.

The location was walking distance to great hikes. There are also many 'hidden' restaurants tucked away from the main road.

Is relatively new and facilities are top.

Easy to take bus to every location. Staff is kind friendly, get free upgrade to sea-view room. Hotel got spa and beside got casino.

Everything was over and above our expectations. Well organised and staff is the best of the best. Lovely rooms with ecceptional personal care and service.

Clean and spacious Good location

The staff was extremely helpful and happy to do so. They could also communicate in English efficiently. The facilities was large, clean and aesthetic. The pool had washrooms that includes saunas, hot tubs, showers, toilets and an area to get ready (which was stocked with utilities). The rooms was also extremely spacious with a city view. Overall, it’s worth staying at for the relaxing sensations and high end treatment.

Good location, comfortable and clean!

The hotel is great and got an amazing view from our room. The hotel staffs are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Each night we are surprised with mini cakes and mini presents in our room. Want to say special thank to the male staff working on the lower lobby on the 23/2 who helped me and my aunt with directions to the shuttle bus station. You were amazing! ❤️

There's nothing negative I can comment on, overall stay was perfect especially the staffs, from concierge, receptions to housekeepings. However, I was checking-in with ALEXIS and she was very thoughtful and helpful. I hope this messages reach her somehow so she has the motivation to continue giving out excellent and memorable services and be the role model for other colleagues. Thanks

The opulence of the whole place was stunning. Your wonderful staff at Guest Services and at the Residence restaurant were all so sincere and helpful. They have to tolerate the rudeness of some of the Chinese guests from Mainland China who were unappreciative and rough on them. Housekeeping staff were also very helpful and efficient. They served from the heart with a genuine smile. Well done!

The staff and service was friendly , professional and keen to help. The turndown service was a lovely touch.

Room and the Hotel's Decor

There is nothing else to say when you know the elevated standard of the MO. Each detail is taken care of, just as an example I left my glasses on the table in the room and when back I have found them cleaned and on a MO branded cloth for polishing them. It's a small gesture but it tells everything about how great this hotel is. The room was just as big as an apartment, equipped with everything you need and you can think of. Kevin at the reception made sure we had our best experience granting us with a late check out at 15:00. The location is convenient, located at around 30 mins walk to the city center and only 8-10 mins taxi to the area of the casinos. Breakfast is amazing, everything is fresh and cooked in front of you with a great variety between sweet and savory. A stay to remember!
