CanadaThe staff at check-in were extremely friendly. The abeyance of this hotel had the right organic feel to feel a sense of Hygee.
The complementary breakfast/buffet was incredible. There was live music during dinner one evening, very talented musician.
The staff were friendly in guiding us on what to do in the area and went above and beyond. The rooms where very comfortable and clean.
The Outdoor sauna was 10/10 -----Highly recommend it
I use to travel for a living (Ex-Flight Attendant) and have been fortunate enough to have travelled all around the world and stay in some incredible places. However this would be one of my top 3 hotels! It did not feel like a hotel, it felt like staying in an upscale bed and breakfast.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice location and hotel surroundings, with great views. Customer service was on point and great parking space (not that bad price). The room was spacious and the bed was really good. Plus points from bike washing station. Breakfast was okay. Would stay here again.

The apartment has a spacious bedroom and a living room/kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped.
There is also a balcony and a big bathroom with a nice, Finnish style sauna plus an extra toilet.
We also liked the decor.

The cabin is lovely! Great space for a group and sauna is amazing. Kitchen well equipped with everything too! Also a shed to store skis/boots joined to the cabin.

Close to town. Beautiful breakfast and fire place. Pools were great and I loved the sauna however I do not think the sauna area should be for children. It spoiled the relaxation kids jumping in pool and running in and out of saunas. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Gym was fantastic

excellent location, exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff. convenient ski storage room with boot dryers. very good breakfast. sauna and outdoor bathtubs - perfect relaxation after skiing.
storage and change room with a shower - super helpful to use if you arrive early and/or depart late (e.g. night train) - you can ski full day
