This vacation turned out to be one of my best holidays!! A fairytale hotel!!! The location can't be beaten by Rixos. First line. Excellent beach. Huge pool. The grounds are spotless. When they clean the grounds is a mystery. The staff is a whole other story. I have never met nicer, friendlier, and more cheerful staff. All our requests were immediately fulfilled. Room cleaning - Nurjan. Thank you so much!!! Impeccably clean. Bar - Joseph!! He was the first to greet us on the day of arrival with a smile and excellent coffee. We returned home with his smile! The service in the restaurant is perfect. All the guys are great. In short, this is the kind of hotel when there is absolutely nothing to grumble about... Special thanks to Emre Yildirim! How masterfully, with a smile, he oversaw the work of such a huge hotel. It is obvious that the hotel is his life for him. Thank you to the entire
