Great location at the top of the hill and right beside Cahal Pech. The restaurant food was amazing. The pool was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They filled up our water bottles when we left and provided us transport down the hill on a very hot day, which was very appreciated.

The hotel is clean, right on the beachfront, with a beautiful view, and everyone who works there is extremely helpful and polite.
I did the diving course right in front of the hotel, and it was incredible. I was very well taken care of.
The restaurant is excellent as well, with wonderful service.

Everything about our stay here last week was phenomenal - it exceeded our expectations, especially the heated plunge pools in the villas! We've stayed in some lovely hotels around the world, but I'd say The Banks Resort was our favourite stay of all time. The grounds and rooms were immaculate, and the food and cocktails were delicious. The staff were lovely and welcoming too. We would love to come back and stay again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a supermarket accross the street and there are some restaurants nearby. Early check in was possible and two pools were available.
