Their attention to details was impressive. The facilities were great! We stayed in a lovely - welcoming apartment. Very comfortable. I wish our stay had been longer. Enjoyed the spa and pool. The first night it was very quiet. The second night was very busy with families enjoying their vacations. Walkable location.

It is a charming place to stay in a beautiful area. The room was very large and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were hearty. The wellness and play areas are well appointed. And the owners are so kind. We left talking about when we can go back!

The location of MONDI in Grundlsee is very convenient - we took a day trip to Hallstatt which was just 30 minutes drive, and another day we drove the panoramic route to Loser Altaussee. The MONDI resort staff were very welcoming and friendly - my husband and I are American and English speaking and the staff was always quick to accommodate with a smile. We enjoyed the spa / wellness area each day during our stay - while the steam bath was out of service, we still were able to use the 3 other saunas and the pool. The food was exceptional as well - from breakfast to dinner, we left satisfied and pleased with each meal. They offer a seasonal venison menu and we loved trying new things we don't normally get to eat! The chalets themselves are so charming - our studio had a mini kitchen, supplied with utensils, dishes, and cookware, and a good size refrigerator. The heated floor in the bathroom was awesome, too! Can't say enough great things about our stay.
