The reception guys were so great, the waiters at the restaurant of the hotel are very friendly. English speakers which is not that common in Dominican Republic. Food is nice and the hotel itself is like in the middle of paradise. Very private and chill. The rooms are very good and quiet. Would definitely recommend to stay here, fair price in my opinion for the stay and the services (Jakuzi and meals). They even have like a small garage and helped us with our car which had a problem. The location is perfect, the facilities were fantastic, the restaurant was reasonably priced with beautiful food and all the staff were beyond friendly and helpful - special shout out to Richmond the barman, the groundsman who’s name I’ve forgotten sorry, and the young lad on the gates. I had a hot stone massage which was incredible and again the ladies in the spa were lovely.

At night the song of the frogs and birds lull one to sleep. Breakfast was good, as was the dinner we ordered. The massages were most relaxing, warmed by the last of the evening's sun as it set over the ocean. The host couple were friendly, helpful and efficient.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The room was beautifully styled, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk from the sea and right in the city center, making everything easily accessible. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area!

I fully enjoy myself at blue polamo the staff was very helpful and supportive the breakfast was excellent the chef prepare the best breakfast every and the staff clean my room daily, l never travel alone to Jamaica 🇯🇲 before on my own and the staff look after me very well l will be coming back to blue polamo and l would recommend blue polamo to my friends and family, best place ever I give it 5 ⭐️ l be back very soon 👍 xx
