The stay was fantastic. 1. From the doorman, to the receptionists to the barman, they all provided exceptional hospitality. They were all friendly, compassionate and showed great initiative to make our stay more comfortable 2. The shower and the bed were so comfortable. If we hadn’t had other commitments we would have happily stayed in our room the whole time. 3. The attention to detail was the cherry on top. The hotel is beautiful, stylish and filled with clever touches that should be commended. This hotel will always be at the top of our list now when we visit Brussels, but with only a limited amount of rooms - I fear we will either need to book well in advance or hope we strike gold again.

Offering a seasonal heated outdoor relaxing pool, a sun terrace and a rooftop bar, JAM Brussels is located in the Sint-Gillis / Saint-Gilles district in Brussels. Very fun room layout. We are a family of 5.stayed in a 5 people room. And it was enough space for everybody. The roof top bar/pool was a big hit.
