We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was simply fantastic from the moment we arrived. The staff was kind, professional and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very well maintained, which made us feel relaxed and at home. The food deserves special mention. It was incredibly delicious and generous in portions. Every meal was fresh, tasty and prepared with real care. You could truly feel the quality. A special thank you to the owner and his wonderful wife. Their hospitality, attention to detail and warm communication with guests made our stay even more special. They genuinely care about their clients and it shows in every little detail. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again.

The hotel is very friendly and has many facilities as part of its accommodation (a very rich spa, pools and fitness facilities). The hotel staff is welcoming and very friendly. Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... We had great stay there, family with two boys(10 and 5). The hotel is clean, warm, there are fun things for the kids, the pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff was so polite and willing to help. The food in the reatorant (a la carte) was great. The bartender in the lobby bar was very friendly. It looks like they care for everything in a very professional way and nothing is left on improvisation. 10 / 10 for sure!!!

The Perun Hotel enjoys a peaceful location next to the large city park on the edge of Sandanski. It offers fine Bulgarian cuisine. The double room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The pool was clean and filled with hot thermal water, and guests can easily use the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and massage services. The staff were more than helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

Not new, but a very cozy and beautiful chalet-style hotel. The staff is exceptionally professional, and the rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms are roomy and equipped with everything you need. Bed linens, towels, and bathrobes are changed daily. Special mention goes to the SPA area: a large pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, as well as a variety of baths, saunas, a hammam, and ice rooms.
