Starting from check in the lady greeted us with snacks and coffee, from the very first moment you feel welcomed. Then the lobby is very nice and cosy. The room was big and precisely heated. The tv operating system is very good. The spa is super nice although small and amenities are iperated by guests. The dinner was the cherry of the cake, amazing food and a lot of options: lamb, ribs, veal, you name it. The movie night is cool but too rough for us. It's like a garage made into an adults playground. Breakfast was very kind with many options. In my opinion too many pastries, it's too much. The lobby after dinner turns into a gathering area with many cosy seating areas they put good music and fireplaces. Very nice. Also the prices of the bar and micro market shop are very reasonable. Overall 9.9/10

Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. Amazing place! our second time here. Great facilities, spa, pool and food. Its a bit far from Bansko ski resort, about 10 mins drive, but because the hotel is so great, it is worth the distance.

Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort is a modern mountain resort located in the peaceful town of Dobrinishte, just 6 km from Bansko – the winter capital of Bulgaria. The room (in the main building) is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The sauna and pool area is large. The food is very good, both if you choose halfboard or a la carte. There are indoor and outdoor kids playing areas. The massage service is very good. Almost all staff speak English. There is a shuttle service to (2 rides in the morning) and from (2 rides in the afternoon) the ski sloapes. There is room cleaning daily.

The Perun Hotel enjoys a peaceful location next to the large city park on the edge of Sandanski. It offers fine Bulgarian cuisine. Food is very delicious, clean room, the spa is excelent, the staff is very kind, location is perfect!!!

Combining traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities, the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko enjoys a convenient location close to the gondola lift in Bansko. Great location, kind receptionist and everyone was helpful. Room was great and clean. Breakfast was super!

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. The staff were exceptionally nice. We really enjoyed the spa. 4 sauna, 1 steam, 1 ice room, indoor heated jacuzzi and pool, and same outdoor. The piano bar was also very good experience. The singers Doni and Eli were very professional and good singers and made great party.
